I. Call Meeting to Order
II. Business Matters of the District
A. To establish a formula to apply for water cost refunds for large repaired leaks.
B. To establish an hourly pay for the part time position.
C. To define the salary pay and hours as it relates to the EAWSD Manager.
D. To allow new district manager to solicit help with office procedures after all sanctioned help processes have been exhausted. (Ie. When EAWS officers or agencies connected to EAWS, do not know the answer.)
E. To approve a contract with Netelligence.
F. To discuss accounting situation.
