Frances "Frankie" Will, President Term expires 2025

Frankie has lived in East Alamosa for 26 years.  Since joining the EAWS board in 2015 she has been proud to serve the people and the interests of the East Alamosa Water & Sanitation District.

Frankie has always believed in giving back to the community.  In the past, she served in official positions with two local non-profit organizations and did volunteer work with the public schools, the Boys & Girls Club of Alamosa, Habitat for Humanity, KRZA public radio, the Sunshine Festival, the Associated Artists of the SLV, the SLV Arts Alliance and other organizations.  

Frankie was self employed as an artist/ potter for many years and is mostly retired now.  These days, she enjoys camping, kayaking, visiting national parks and exploring our "beautiful country."

Brenda Almeida,  Vice-President Term Expires 2025

Brenda has been a resident of East Alamosa for the past 12 years.  She is happily married to her high school sweetheart and they have three beautiful children.  Being involved in the community and helping whenever possible is a high priority for Brenda.  She enjoys living in Alamosa and spending time with her family.

Brenda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as a Master’s in Business Leadership from Adams State University.  Working for the Migrant and Seasonal Head Start in Alamosa is a perfect fit for Brenda as she enjoys working with children and has extensive experience working with families and children.
